About Me: From Entrepreneur to Dancer and Wellness Advocate

I’m Francesca, the founder of Peak Body Magazine. My journey has been anything but conventional. I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I built a thriving career as an entrepreneur. But life had bigger plans for me. After moving to the United States, I discovered a new passion—ballroom dancing.

What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a full-blown love for the art and discipline of dance. Alongside my husband, Brian, I dove headfirst into the world of competitive ballroom dancing. While the experience has been exhilarating, it’s also taught me the importance of taking care of my body—balancing intense training with recovery, nutrition, and mental resilience.
